휴먼유닛'은 정형화된 취업 시스템 속에서 개성을 잃고 규격화된 부품처럼 다뤄지는 현대 청년들의 현실을 비판적으로 조명하는 아카이빙 디자인 프로젝트입니다. 서류와 숫자로만 평가받는 취업 시장의 구조를 기계의 '단위(Unit)' 개념에 비유하여 시각화했습니다. 전용 타이포그래피, 아트북, 그래픽 포스터, 전시 구조물을 통해 취업 준비생들이 느끼는 소외감과 압박감을 다각도로 전달합니다. 나아가 효율성 중심의 사회 시스템 속에서 잊혀가는 개인의 존엄성과 본질적 가치에 대한 질문을 던집니다.

Human Unit' is an archival design project that critically reflects on the reality of youth standardized into uniform parts within rigid recruitment systems. It visualizes the hiring process—where individuals are evaluated strictly through paperwork and numbers—by analogizing humans to mechanical 'units.' Through custom typography, art books, graphic posters, and physical exhibition installations, the project expresses the isolation and pressure experienced by job seekers. Ultimately, 'Human Unit' questions the value of individual dignity and identity lost within efficiency-driven societal structures.
